11 Jan APC OPENS 2024 ENTRIES
Entries for the 2024 Australian Production Cars season are now open via the category’s website – ausprodcars.com.au. The 2024 season consists of 16 hours of racing across five of Australia’s premier racing circuits.
Production Car Racing Ltd, the category manager for Australian Production Cars, is pleased to announce two new initiatives for 2024.
The first will both simplify and clarify the entry process for competitors, while the second is designed to encourage new competitors to the series.
“Firstly, we are very happy to report that for 2024, we have been able to resolve some of the issues around marquee and garaging supply, which means that we can now offer consistent entry fees across the season including marquee/garage,” Production Car Racing Ltd General Manager, Troy Williams, said.
“Secondly, for new competitors to Australian Production Cars, and for any entries (both drivers) who haven’t competed with the series within the last three years, APC will offer a 50 percent discount to the entry fee for their first event of 2024.
“With state level Production Car racing proving very popular, we want to encourage competitors to come and experience Production Car Racing at a National Level for the first time. At the same time, we want to welcome back those competitors of previous years whom we haven’t seen on track for a while.”
For many of the Speed Series events held in 2023, APC brought the largest fields.
“We are looking forward to continuing that trend in 2024,” Williams said.
“At Australian Production Cars we pride ourselves on delivering a professional and affordable national level series for 3E production cars across Australia while meeting the needs of our competitors and fans who want track time, exposure for sponsors, televised race coverage, and the kind of racing and camaraderie the APC is famous for.
“We cannot wait to get into this year’s racing and encourage all of our competitors to get in quick to secure their entries for what is sure to be a banner year for the APC.”

The 2024 Australian Production Cars season will commence at Sandown Raceway across February 9-11 (four 30-minute races), before heading to The Bend for four 1 hour races across May 31 – June 2.
Round three will be held at Queensland Raceway (July 12-14, two 2 hour races), before the penultimate round of the APC calendar for 2024 will then be held at Sydney Motorsport Park (October 18-20, four 1 hour races).
The Bathurst International will then provide a thrilling finale across November 8-10, with four 30-minute races to close out the year.
