The specialty British manufacturer has enjoyed a presence in Australia for more than 15-years through its GT models, but this latest program will provide an entry-level option for those wanting to take the next step in their motorsport.
Arrive and drive packages from Ginetta Australia will be offered in the already proven G56, while a new addition is the GTA variant.
First appearing on Australia shores a couple of seasons ago, the G56 continues to be more than a match to the world’s best manufacturers globally thanks to its 6.2-litre V8, Xtrac transmission, Ohlins suspension and light weight.
The GTA provides an introductory option compared to the V8 G56, but this doesn’t mean the two models are totally different. Powered by a 3.5-litre V6 engine sourced from Ford, the GTA features a Quaife gearbox, air conditioning and internal soundproofing.
Both these models provide a development pathway through Ginetta Australia, which partnered with the three-hour APC Enduro Championship format is the perfect opportunity to gain experience in a factory developed entry.
Ginetta Australia provides significant support through its spare parts program, expert staff to assist drivers, tools, transportation and a brand new spare G56 onboard its B-Double service truck.
Queries can be fielded through admin@ginetta.com.au as the opening round of the 2026 APC Enduro Championship is at the Hi-Tec Oils Super Series ‘2 Days of Thunder’ event hosted by Queensland Raceway on May 1-2.
